Strategical development of agri-food corporations in the competitive economic space of Ukraine

This paper reports a study into the historical and economic preconditions for strategical development of agri-food corporations in competitive space Ukraine. Agri-food are determined by us as with developed system integration relations that non-agricultural enterprise, which produces agricultural products. It has been substantiated their emergence is not natural phenomenon but systematic process changing phases differentiation national economy. In this case, was contributed to lack institutions effective antitrust control, diversification industrial financial groups, liberalization foreign trade, well rent-oriented behavior agents. shown currently utilize about third land while size some them exceeds land-use area entire regions. At same time, terms production efficiency, outperform farms disintegrated enterprises, family-owned farms; they have more resources innovative investment. Strategical needs develop its social responsibility rural areas, intensification public control over impact on agrarian sector, institutional state support export. Under conditions regulation monopolies excessive corporatization should constitute core food security Ukraine, form competitiveness markets.
